After most Wiccan’s learn to shield they tend to overlook the further possibilities and just how powerful the art can be.

Yes i call it an art, just like any type of magic from basic incantations to complex ritual that take place over weeks, all magic is an art and i shall always view/refer to it as such.

When i first started practicing i became entranced by shielding have gone on to develop the skill in ways that..from what Ive read online most people seem unaware of…if there are others who know about it i simply cannot find them, which is not impossible.

First off shielding can be used beyond the basic level to protect from negative energy and spirits. I’ve managed shields that are self sustaining and protect massive areas(such as the one i built over my local high school before i graduated and the one over my neighborhood), shields that adapt to protect me from any situation i deem dangerous/distasteful, reacting to my emotions.

I have very well gone deep into this form of magic.

I really just wanted to mention how powerful this slightly underdeveloped talent is, and what it is truly capable of. I mean i realize a lot of people look at this like: “omg you can shield? is that like force fields and shit?” ….and i feel sorry for those uninformed people… but yeah ima post more about this subject in the following..days? i guess, if you have any question..i realize I’m not very descriptive, especially in this post…but yeah message me if you need any information what so ever, I’m happy to help really.
